OUR APPROACH

Our approach incorporates knowledge, methods, tools and behavioural skills. Our courses cover different contents and phases (beginner, intermediate and advanced).

AN INTRODUCTION TO INTERCULTURAL QUESTIONS

The aim is:

  • To provide a theoretical and pragmatic framework for basic intercultural questions.
  • To better grasp the ins and outs while taking into account participants practices and reality.
  • To provide tools to delve into more depth and improve personal skills.

IDENTIFICATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF INTERCULTURAL SKILLS

This identifies the intercultural skills necessary in various contexts and tasks, and puts in place strategies ensuring their development.

The programme follows an explanatory framework and references, enriched over twenty years.

It is suitable for anyone undergoing intercultural experience and with basic knowledge in this area.

It covers:

  • Identifying and developing the ‘intercultural skills’ of participants among their circle of acquaintances.
  • Revealing strategies that will greatly facilitate their development.
  • Teaching the necessary skills to carry out tasks in international and intercultural contexts.

We also provide specific modules for multicultural individuals. (Programme / Contents on request)

IN-DEPTH KNOWLEDGE OF SPECIFIC INTERCULTURAL CONTEXTS

This covers:

  • Intercultural skills for professional teams.
  • Preparation for expatriation and taking over a post in another country.
  • Intercultural governance.
  • Intercultural mediation.
